Thank you for making our summer fayre a success!
Despite the rain, our Summer Fayre was a resounding success, and it's all thanks to the incredible support and enthusiasm from our community!
Firstly, a huge thank you to all the stall holders who braved the weather and brought such a wonderful array of goods and activities. Your creativity and dedication truly made the event special.
We are immensely grateful to the businesses who donated prizes for our raffle. Your generosity helped us create an exciting and successful raffle, and the winners were absolutely thrilled with their prizes.
A special thank you to the The Mayor of Cheltenham for gracing us with their presence and supporting our community event. Your participation was greatly appreciated and added a touch of distinction to our fayre.
To all our Charlton Kings Parish Council staff and councillors, your hard work and coordination behind the scenes were pivotal in making this event run smoothly. Your commitment and teamwork were evident in every aspect of the fayre.
Last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to our fantastic Air Cadets who helped us set up and pack up. Your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to lend a hand were invaluable, and we couldn't have done it without you.
Thank you, everyone, for coming together and making our Summer Fayre a memorable day.

Our Summer Fayre 2024 took place on Saturday 15th of June with:
- Scarrots Fun Fair with rides and games
- Local businesses, charities and community groups with stalls
- Food and beverages
- Free nature activities in the Parish Council gazebo
- Children's entertainment from The Music Man
- Local singer Brian Black
- A falconry display from The Falconry School
- Basketball and tennis table
- Live ukelele performance
- Performances by the Coady Crew Street Dancers
- A Dog Show organised by the Gloucestershire Animal Welfare Association and Cheltenham Animal Shelter
- A raffle with wonderful prizes from our local businesses
- And more!

PRICES
Businesses: £20 per stall (3*3m) including Street Trading Licence application and fees
Food Trucks and Bars: £50 per space (food truck size) including Street Trading Licence application and fees
Charities & Community Groups: free
DEADLINE TO BOOK: 10 MAY 2024
SET UP AND PACK AWAY
· Stall holders allowed on field from 11.00am ready for trade by 1.00pm
· Stall holders should not start to pack away before 5.05pm
· Stall holders must vacate the premises by 7.00pm
