ROAD CLOSURE: Copt Elm Road - 18 to 27 November - UPDATED TIMES

What: Temporary Traffic Order to close the road for carriageway resurfacing

Where: 3/9019 Copt Elm Road Charlton Kings. See document attached for details of the road closure area.

When: For approximately 8 Days (excl. weekends) between the hours of 09:00 to 15:00. The PLANNED start and end dates are currently Monday 18th November 2024 until Wednesday 27th November 2024, however, keep an eye on the web page detailed below or the signs on site for any short notice changes.

Why: Resurfacing the road. Please find more details in the document attached.

There are several things that you can do to help the process run smoothly.

• Arrange for your deliveries to be rescheduled outside of the road closure times.

• Talk to your staff and try to get them to arrive / leave outside of the road closure times or where possible to park outside of the closure and walk in.

• Keep your customers up to date with details of the road closure and give them details of how and when they will be able to get to you.
