Order of Service for Civic Remembrance Day Service

Order of Service for Civic Remembrance Day Service

At 9.50am at the War Memorial, Charlton Kings will again remember and respect the sacrifice of so many local people, among the host of those who have suffered and died in the service of their country. Although we will, fortunately this year, no longer have to socially distance ourselves from out neighbours, we ask that all those attending in person do wear face coverings so that we will again be able to hold a safe and respectful event to maintain the long tradition of our Remembrance Day Services. Thanks again to Charlton Kings in Bloom for replanting the flower bed around the War Memorial. Orders of Service are available from the link below, at the War Memorial before the service, and also during the previous week from the Parish Council's office where poppies may also be obtained. A Service of Remembrance will be held in St Mary's church immediately after the civic service at the War Memorial.
